Andrew J. Whelan
President and Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman
Mr. Whelan is a seasoned business executive with a strong financial, consulting, and management background. He was a founder, Chairman, and President of Physicians' Pharmaceutical Services, Inc., a public company, and a charter member of the Maryland Chapter of Inc's Fastest Growing Companies in America. Mr. Whelan was also a founder, President, and CEO of Drug Counters, a chain of managed care retail pharmacies, which was sold to Diagnostek, Inc.

Richard Staelin, Ph. D.
Associate Dean, The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. Past Executive Director of Marketing Science Institute and has held numerous positions at the American Marketing Association (AMA) and The Institute of Management Science (TIMS). He was editor or an editorial board member of Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing Research, the Journal of Marketing, the Journal of Consumer Psychology and the Journal of Consumer Research.

Brian Maltbie Kinney, M.D., F.A.C.S, M.S.M.E.
Dr. Kinney is the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Century City Hospital in California and is one of the foremost and most recognized experts in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Kinney received his Masters in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his medical education at Tulane. He is the Chairman of the New Technologies Committee, American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons that has endorsed the use of pulsed electromagnetic therapy. He has received numerous honors, awards, and scholarships for his research, including a special award for extraordinary service to the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
Over the last 20 years, Dr. Kinney has accepted teaching appointments, visiting professorships and hospital appointments. He is involved in committee service at universities and hospitals. Dr. Kinney is on the faculty of the University of Southern California Medical School and is a visiting professor at New York University Medical School and the Vanderbilt Medical School. He has co-authored over 31 books and articles and has participated in multiple local and cable television, newspaper, and magazine interviews nationwide, which includes his published article in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal: "Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy".

Ashton Peery
Mr. Peery is a former Managing Partner at Lucent Venture Partners. Prior to this, he served as Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Business Development, at Lucent Technologies where he organized new business units and negotiated many global M&A and distribution deals. As head of Business Development, he oversaw the acquisition of more than 20 companies at a value of more than $30 billion and created a post-merger integration capability to successfully capture the value of each. Prior to Lucent he was Managing Partner and COO at the consulting organization GEO Partners Research and also worked as a consultant at Arthur D. Little. Early in his career, he was a documentary producer/director and worked at WGBH-TV.

Mary Whelan
Ms. Whelan has successfully launched scores of high technology products during her 20 plus year career at AT&T, Bell Labs and Lucent Technologies. Ms. Whelan was eBusiness Vice President at Lucent Technologies where she created Lucent's eBusiness center of expertise. Prior to that Ms. Whelan was responsible for Lucent's global marketing operations including marketing communications, customer programs and sales support for a worldwide sales force. She drove channel development, sales training, recognition, and compensation. She had extensive experience in all aspects of marketing and PR at AT&T. She had P&L responsibility for AT&T's Directory business.
